Akshay Kumar has released the first look poster of ‘Airlift’, the teaser of which will be released on the internet tomorrow.
Akshay tweeted “How many people know about the Kuwait evacuation? I’m proud to be part of a film that brings this true story alive. India airlifted over 1,70,000 people from Kuwait in the largest human evacuation in history”
Directed by Raja Krishna Menon, Airlift features Akshay Kumar and Nimrat Kaur in the lead. The film is based on the real-life story of the World’s biggest evacuation of Indians who were based in Kuwait during the Iraq-Kuwait war.
Airlift releases in theatres on 22nd January 2016.

Another loss for producers
Should have been cast others actors . Casting akshya is bad decision. Akshya is not good in acting wise. Some small but brillent actors like nawazidin siddique, irfan khan, manoj bajpai etc. have been better choice because they are good in acting and buget of movie will be smaller so that movie can earn profit. To caste akshya is risky because the cost of movie become high and akshya is bad actor and cannot make a big budget movie successful. If become then moderate success above average / semi hit. In place of akshya , 3 khans will be smart choice. Yeh movie will be high budget but commercially success is definetly gurenteed. @indicine what do u think?
