Varun Dhawan’s ABCD 2 has collected Rs 71.78 crore in its first week at the box office, which is the highest first week collections of 2015, ahead of ‘Tanu Weds Manu Returns’.
Even though the film held strongly on Monday, the drop in business was on the higher side on Tuesday (16% drop), Wednesday (16% drop) and Thursday (13% drop). A film that looked like it could go on to be a huge grosser in the range of 120-125 crore, is likely to settle at around the 100-105 crore mark.

Movie is ok.. but deserve something 4 tbe effort they put in dancing.. to akki fans.. yes he has done 2 movies with 180 crs but how much profit in it..??.. perhaps not more than what abcd2 wld get.. both movies were jus above average coz their budgets were a lill higher 4 the content of the films n so low on profits.. anyway hoping brothers wld make very good profits.. akki is one of the few gr8s remaining in bollywood alongside the khans n ajay hrithik!!

@Truth! I will give you one example. After 3idiots aamir khan release his talash almost after 3 years and we all know what happened to that movie. It did not cross even 100cr. So that means. 1 movie in year+ big holiday weekend+ hit music+ big director+ big production house+ 6 months for marketing = khans
