The business of ABCD 2 has shown the first sign of a drop on its 5th day at the domestic box office. The Tuesday collections of the film has dropped by 16%, which is a little more than a normal drop.
The film is still on course to record the highest first week collections for films released in 2015. The record is currently with Tanu Weds Manu Returns, Rs 70.02 crore in its first week. Unless ABCD 2 has a huge drop in business over the next two days, it should collect somewhere around 72-73 crore in Week 1.
ABCD 2 is already a hit and should go on to be first success of the year so far after ‘Tanu Weds Manu Returns’.

BOI saying 7cr tues but producers saying 6.7cr…yet some people believe BOI is 100% accurate.

The movie is flooded with dance performances by many dance groups across the world. But, it fails to convey the story and the central plot of the movie……

Saddled with a half baked plot and lacking the required dramatic density, ABCD 2 comes across as contrived and predictable. The faux climax involving Vishnu Sir seems silly and the dance routines tiresome. One of the dancers in the group has been shown coughing blood but we are never allowed to know his story. The fact that other world class dance teams also cheer for the Indian contingent and chant ‘Bharat Mata ki Jai’ and ‘Ganpati Bappa Moriya’ is bizarre! The forced patriotism is manipulative and doesn’t help the cause of a film that is clearly in want of some nifty editing and solid screenplay.
The end result – all the high from the wonderful choreography of the first half evaporates, leaving us exhausted and bored. It’s like watching a marathon session of DID and JHALAK and So You Think You Can Dance without a break. The 3D glasses seem burdensome and ABCD 2 somersaults into the dark pit of “see it if you have nothing important to do”!
While the D of Dance will surely keep you engrossed, the ABC of good film making is nowhere in sight. I’ll have to go with 1/5 QUINTS……..!!….
Monday and Sunday had over performed. So this fall fall was bound to happen.bt now it will gain stability
ABCD 2 going to be next 100 cr grosser, that’s a huge achievement for ABCD2 team as critics reviews are not positive and audience is also has mixed to positive. Still a 100cr I’d huge for a young actors less appreciated film. I hope Varun’s hit streak is continue even after Dilwale.
Shraddha has also going on Varun’s path as she is also been part of successful films like Aashiqui2,ek villain,haider and ABCD2.

ABCD 2 has done great business till now . Even though i don’t like Varun but i cannot deny that Varun’s popularity is increasing with every movie . If ABCD 2 drops in a significant manner then it will not be able to touch 100 CR . Although it has 4 open weeks but still in Ramzan period it will be slightly affected . If it has repeat value then it can do huge business but if not then it can still do between 90 and 100 .
Those fool who are thinking that Varun is avobe of SRK(Sir Ranbir Kapoor), they must have to realize that SRK(Sir Ranbir Kapoor) has beaten All Khans to won doube Filmfare Award in early of his career..
