There are no two opinions about the versatility of actor and superstar Aamir Khan. The star has done a variety of roles in his illustrious career and done them with utmost perfection.
But now, there is news that the actor will be playing the role of a person considered to be even more versatile than Aamir. Yes, we are talking about none other than the legendary singer and actor Kishore Kumar.
If reports are to be believed then Anurag Basu was set to direct the biopic since quite some time and wanted Ranbir Kapoor to be a part of it. Though Ranbir had initially agreed to do the film, he decided to part ways and concentrate only on one biopic that is in which he plays Sanjay Dutt.
So, Aamir had an informal chat with Ranbir to inquire if the project could be started again and if he could take up the mantle from him. Reports further say that Aamir is currently busy with Dangal and once it’s done the actor may take up the Kishore Kumar project.
Will Aamir play the role of Kishore Kumar? Let’s wait and watch.

It’s correct that Aamir doing best contant movies but that also true that he is taking long time – 2009 to 2012 – 3 yr for one movie than 2014 – pk now direct 2016 – atleast he do one movie per yr – to keeping gap some time for 2-3 yr not good

What an irony, I think Aamir would have been more suitable for Sanjay Dutt biopic and Ranbir for Kishore Kumar biopic if I had to pick those 2. Aamir’s versatility cannot be doubted, but I would want to see few pictures or trailer of Kishore Kumar biopic with him as a lead to decide whether he suits the role or not. Acting is not a concern.

I am also a fan of Amir khan’s film.I have been a regular visitor of indicine for last 3-4 years.This is first time I am commenting on this site.Kishore kumar was a legend and possessed a very interesting lifestyle. I think Amir khan would be the perfect choice to play Kishore kumar onscreen. Waiting for another masterpiece from amir.

As far as Aamir and Hrithik are concerned they dont repeat or follow the same type of movie.
Dangal itself a biopic so I think Aamir’s next won’t Kishore kumars biopic.

this is shehanshah khan for u…?? anyone tell me if he has repeated himself…he always keeps experimenting unlike others who stick to the same genre again and again…? and most important thing is.. he succeeds in whatever he tires…the biggest megastar country have ever seen with mega stardom…? and indicine..not completly agree with u….kishor da was versatile no doubt…but that time there was no much risk and ppl can try different genres…but shehanshah khan is trying different genre in this era when competition is high…so he is altogether in a different zone…

You can’t mention versitility without akki, sorry guys but its a fact all actors needs gaps to do defferent characters, but he does four defferent cgaracters in asingle year without breaking a sweat .i know haters will talk about boxoffice, but the way he potrayed defferently between Baby,Gabar brothers and sib all these films may have underperformed at the ticket window but his acting was praised by everyone including strict critics like Rajeev massand.
Sorry Amir fans, I’m not going to watch any anurag basu movies becoz of his comments about Salman Khan. I’m excited but I will never watch Basu directed movies.
Akki is the most versatile actor among the current lot of superstars.
No superstar can even think about making a song less thriller with limited appeal.
