Aamir Khan, who had gained around 30 kgs of weight to play the role of a wrestler in his upcoming film ‘Dangal’, will now lose all the weight that he gained.
Aamir has completed shooting for sequences where he plays a old man. In about 6 months time, he will begin shooting for the portions where he plays a younger character.
A source close to the film said “He finished shooting for the portion where he plays a 55-year-old. Now he has started preparing himself for portions where he is required to appear much younger than his real age.”
Aamir will now follow a strict diet, which including workouts in the morning and also follow the diet that young wrestlers do.
“It’s a two-hour diet process, which means he has to eat every two hours. In total, he has nine meals a day. It is balanced with carbs and proteins. He is under the supervision of dietician Dr Vinod Dhurander”
For those who are used to seeing Aamir in his fat old man look, will now be witnessing a complete makeover. The makers could release timely pictures of the actor, where we could get to see him in different looks every week.
“We would soon be witnessing the actor in a different avatar every week” the source said.
In about 6 months from now, Aamir will return to the shape that we got to see him in films where he played much younger characters.
One of the most awaited films of 2016, Dangal releases in theatres during Christmas this year.

I have nothing against Salman. Writer- Director of Sultan does not have a good track record. Expecting a good film from Ali Abbas Zafar is difficult. He might surprise us and give us a great film.
