- Salman Khan now has 6 films in the 100 crore club, no other actor even comes close. Shahrukh Khan, Ajay Devgn, Deepika Padukone, Kareena Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, Sonakshi Sinha and Asin come second with 4 films.
- Amongst directors, Rohit Shetty is the most successful with 4 films. His last release, Chennai Express managed to collect more than 200 crores.
- Out of the twenty seven 100 crore films, only 4 films have crossed the 200 cr mark – 3 Idiots (2009), Chennai Express (2013), Krrish 3 (2013) and Dhoom 3 (2013).
- 2012 had the most number of 100 crore grossers – nine. Last year, 8 films managed to cross the milestone.
- Ranveer Singh (28) and Anushka Sharma (25) are the youngest lead actors in the 100 crore club.
- Bhaag Milkha Bhaag and Ram Leela were the first films without a ‘bankable male superstar’ to net 100 crores.

I can’t even imagine how luntatic some people are to say that Jai Ho didn’t beat the collection of Agneepath, Barfi, Ra.One etc etc. First of all, Jai Ho hasn’t fisnished its run yet. Secondly, Did Agneepath, Barfi, Ra.One etc beat the collection of Ready? Why do they like to single out only a film?
Some questions to the people trying to drag down the business of Jai Ho,
Even when Jai Ho flops (which won’t happen now), who will be affected badly?
1) The producers of Jai Ho have already made a fat profit.
2) Salman’s Stardom will no way be affected by this. When Ra.One was proven to be a debacle, did SRK’s stardom fall to the level of Bobby Deol, Nahin Na? Because they are established stars.
3) It won’t also be a fact that the distributors will pay less amount for his upcoming films. And you know the reason.
Hence, why are trying to make the distributors and the exhibitors (that earn their livelihood by that means) face their end in red? What have they done to you? Ask yourself!
Besides, it’s time for SRK Fans stopped deliberately bashing Salman Khan now. Suhana Khan is a Salman Khan fan. Because of her constant emphasising, SRK family watched Salman’s last two films (Dabangg 2 and Jai Ho) in their home. What do you say now, SRKians?? Suhana is a brat???

Aamir Khan’s biggest problem is that media supports his movies, but not his Acting performances. Most of these actors have risen above the script and came out winner as actor Dilip Kumar (Leader), Amitabh Bachchan (Deewar), Hrithik Roshan (KMG, Guzarish), SRK (Swades, CDI) but Aamir Khan hasn’t. If the movie is really good like 3 Idiots, Ghajini, Raja Hindustani, then Aamir Khan usually gives an average performance but nothing thats worth getting a Best Actor Award for. If Aamir Khan gives a really good acting performance in movies like Mela, Mann, Earth, then the movie is usually terrible. Thats evidenced by the fact that Mela, Mann, and Earth were all box office failures. Mela and Mann were washouts, and Earth was just backwaas at the Box office.
As for these stupid Aamir Khan Fans saying that Aamir Khan has raised above SRK and Salman yes He has, but it took solid 18 Years for Aamir Khan do that. Instead of jumping on this, Aamir Khan fans should feel ashamed that it took so long for him to achieve what SRK and Salman did years before. Ghajini and 3I doesn’t cover up entire career of Aamir Khan before that except Raja Hundustani Aamir Khan was only Above Average and Semi-Hit type of Box Office star. Apart from 3 idiots, Ghajini, and Raja Hindustani, all of his movies have been semi- hit,hit, or superhit. Those 3 movies are his only blockbusters. Compare that to SRK who gave Blockbusters at the BO throughout the past 2 decades of DDLJ, KKHH, CDI, OSO, RNBDJ. Even Salman Khan has more blockbusters in his career than Aamir. When people talk they should watch Aamir Khan entire career as Box Office Star, Ghajini and 3I doesn’t make Aamir Khan past as great. Even Amitabh has said that SRK is the first Bollywood actor to have global fame and recognition. If you go to European and American places like CA, Switzerland, Poland, Germany, almost everyone would know who SRK is. Aamir has yet to have international fame. If he is so good than why is SRK the first Indian Actor Ever to present a Golden Globe Award in CA. Plus the world famous TIME MAGAZINE has stated that SRK is the biggest movie star on the planet with 3.6 fans throughout the world.
BTW SRK HAS More BlockBusters and Superhits than him the past decade and the 90’s. SRK anniahalated him in the 90s
Neither as Actor Aamir Khan has any performance which can be matched with MNIK,, Black, Paa, Swades, KMG, Chak De Indai, Deewar and Nor Box Office Wise entire career is to rave about. If Aamir Khan’s “acting” performances were so good, why has he never won A Best Actor Award For them this past decade(2001-2010). Dont say you need to attend the Award Ceremony to get the award. Amitabh dominated the BO in the 70-80s. 2 full decades of BO domination. The only person in Bollywood who has the closest BO record as him in 2 decades is SRK who dominated from 1990-2010. Amitabh gave the most Blockbusters from 1970-1990 and ShahRukh Khan has given the most Blockbusters from 1993-2010.

And talking about 50cr overseas collection its was achieved by 3i when it broken the Kank overseas collection record of 45cr (10.8 $ million) first time.so 3i cross 50 cr overseas barrier. aamir is way better than srk in acting.srk needs media attention to promote his films his choice of film is worthless,he is king of arrogance.aamir is humble,he does not need media attention but people like bil gates,david cameroon invite him.
@sem, i know that question will arise but if you himself check the fact on those that list made. 1.selected those films who got 20000+ user response and 2.only those users involved who are regular and giving their response for different movies. There are others which you get in IMDB so you should check there. @imam i have a doubt who crossed 100cr mark in overseas MNIk or 3I just because both released on multiple phases that’s why i put for Aamir,just to clarify my doubts because i expect if MNIK was first than someone will correct me so you did. thriller:srk is yet to work
period drama:he is working in raees(1980’s)
and about quality:in present it’s aamir and hrithik
but overall it’s srk
he have 20+classics where aamir have total 15classics
