Fact check: BIWI HO TO AISI was released on Friday 26 th August 1988, not on 22 August 1988.
However, it was the Raksha Bandhan day, that year.
I still remember we went to watch this film my family at Apsara Cineme in Aligarh, along with my youngest uncle (mama), who had came came from Gwalior on the ocassion of Rakhi to see my mother. At that time he was bachelor now he his son is college going. I myself was in fifth standard then, now I am 35 yrs old.
