New stills of Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, the trailer of which was released today by producer Karan Johar, director Ayan Mukherji, and lead stars Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone.
The response to the trailer has been mixed. While quite a few have loved the trailer for it’s youthfulness and Ranbir’s charm, critics were quick to write off ‘YJHD’ as a typical Bollywood love story.
Also, the makeup and styling of Deepika’s character Naina seems to be inspired from Preity Zinta’s character (with the same name) in Kal Ho Na Ho.

Jbhd looks anjana anjani part 2. Trilor not so impressive like race2 but songs look good, and for deepika after each passing day after trailor release of cocktail she becomes hot, hotter and hottest, looking gorgeous in race2. But not expect yjhd did like barfi at boxoffice. Yjhd max boxoffice collection 70cr -hit acc to boi.
I went back ten years and imagined my pretty preity zinta from a similar scene in Kal Ho Naa Ho…! :-)
Yeh the trailer is slowly growing on me but I have seen it 3 times and I think the best part of the trailer is Deepikas innocent and charming smile. ;-) What can I say apart from shes fast reaching the top of my summit when it comes to my favourite actresses. Keep rocking Deepika.
