Most Bollywood Movie fans are well aware of the two legendary characters from Sholay, Jai and Veeru. Inspired by the famous Sholay Characters, director Puneet Sira presents Jai Veeru starring Fardeen Khan as Jai and Kunal Khemu as Veeru.
But the once inseparable pals, JAI and VEERU find themselves on opposite sides of the law, each feeling betrayed by the other. The only person that hates them more than they hate each is is Tejpal (Arbaaz Khan) a ruthless gangster, who is on a lookout for an opportunity to kill both of them and bury them 6 feet under! After a strange twise of fate, both Jai and Veeru run together, with the help of each other they might just survive, i.e if they dont kill each other first!
The tagline of the file reads – Friends forever!! Also starring Dia Mirza, Anjana Sukhani, Arbaz Khan – Jai Veeru releases on 11th March 2009.
