It might just happen in Samir Karnik’s next movie. The director’s previous movie was Kyon, Ho Gaya Na.
Filmmaker Samir Karnik is looking forward to sign the Khan brothers and Deol brothers for his next movie.
Even though Samir’s last movie Kyon, Ho Gaya Na (in 2004) was a disaster at the box-office, the director has been keeping himself busy. He has already completed a children’s movie and is now set to make a mainstream Bollywood film.
Reports have it that Samir’s next flick, titled ‘Mera Bharat Mahaan’, will be a road movie in which story unravels on a road trip by the main characters. There have been rumours that the film is inspired from Latin American movie ‘The Motorcycle Diaries’, but Samir insists it is based on an original script written by him and writer Aseem Arora.
Samir is looking forward to sign a good number of stars for his movie. He has already spoken to Salman Khan, Sohail Khan , Sunny Deol , Bobby Deol and Preity Zinta .
The actors are believed to have given their verbal consent but have yet to sign on the dotted line.
Meanwhile, Samir is hoping to rope in Amitabh Bachchan for an important role in the film.
