The media has been speculating over Karan Johar and Ekta Kapoor’s secret romance for many years now, but their friendship has remained strong throughout.
Now, Karan’s Dharma Productions and Ekta’s Balaji Films have teamed up to produce a movie together. The yet-to-be-titled film will be a romantic-comedy with a twist.
An upbeat Karan Johar said “Ekta has been a close friend for years and when she came to me with the entertaining script, I had to be a part of it.”
Both Karan and Ekta have opted for a new director, Akash Roy to direct the film and have promised to cast two Bollywood superstars!
Talking about the film, Ekta Kapoor said “It’s an urban take on love – it is quirky, edgy, dramatic and intense. The casting will take place next week.”
We only wonder who the ‘two superstars’ will be? Any guesses?

Since it is an intense love story Shahrukh must be the first choice, he is easily the best actor in that role, and any actress good in that role should be taken, If Shahrukh will be there it should be enough for attracting many to the theatres!
