After 2 critically and commercially acclaimed Munnabhai movies, director Rajkumar Hirani wants to prove himself beyond the Munnabhai series.
“I really need to prove myself beyond the series. Otherwise, my well-wishers will turn around and ask, ‘Can he do anything else?’ But, of course, Sanju, Arshad and I have a responsibility to carry forward the Munnabhai series.” he says.
Well for now, Munnabhai Chale Amrika looks like a distant dream.
