The advantage of a holiday release is around 35% as compared to a non-holiday release. So if we balance out the factors and negate the holiday advantage, Gunday would have opened to around 10.5 crore on a non-holiday Friday and 2 States would have collected somewhere around 8 crore.
2 States remains the best solo opening of his career, followed by Ki and Ka.
