Aamir Khan, who had gained around 30 kgs of weight to play the role of a wrestler in his upcoming film ‘Dangal’, will now lose all the weight that he gained.
Aamir has completed shooting for sequences where he plays a old man. In about 6 months time, he will begin shooting for the portions where he plays a younger character.
A source close to the film said “He finished shooting for the portion where he plays a 55-year-old. Now he has started preparing himself for portions where he is required to appear much younger than his real age.”
Aamir will now follow a strict diet, which including workouts in the morning and also follow the diet that young wrestlers do.
“It’s a two-hour diet process, which means he has to eat every two hours. In total, he has nine meals a day. It is balanced with carbs and proteins. He is under the supervision of dietician Dr Vinod Dhurander”
For those who are used to seeing Aamir in his fat old man look, will now be witnessing a complete makeover. The makers could release timely pictures of the actor, where we could get to see him in different looks every week.
“We would soon be witnessing the actor in a different avatar every week” the source said.
In about 6 months from now, Aamir will return to the shape that we got to see him in films where he played much younger characters.
One of the most awaited films of 2016, Dangal releases in theatres during Christmas this year.
At this stage of his career Aamir could have easily done a safe film like dhoom3 or fanaa and score another atbb at the BO but this guy instead decides to put himself under so much physical hardships for a no heroine not so commercial film like Dangal where for a major portion he would have to play a 60+ old man…!!! Can’t imagine any mainstream star that too as huge as Aamir of taking so much risk

I dont understwnd, what was the point? I think it would be more logical first to complete shoot for a younger character and then at the end gain weight and shoot for fat one or am I wrong? This way filmmakers would complete film much more faster and move to post produc5ion process
From past 6-7 years every Aamir khan movie is different to which audience eagerly look forward to watch. He is doing brilliant movies. Even talaash is such a underrated movie. Talaash was such a class movie. Even D3 was not exactly a crap. It got decent to good reviews on release. Otherwise no way it would have earned 275crs even though it was a franchise movie. 3 idiots, Ghajini, PK, Talaash and now Dangal.

Really , he does lots of hard work for each film with complete dedication . Celebrities after getting stardom usually do films in their comfort zone which appeals to their fans . But Aamir tries different genres for each film and makes bollywood proud .
