Important points related to Akshay Kumar’s Upcoming films in 2015 – 2016
- Next film: Singh Is Bling, which releases in theatres on Gandhi Jayanti (October 2nd). All four Akshay Kumar films will get benefit of holiday weekend – Baby (Republic Day), Gabbar Is Back (May Day), Brothers (Independence Day) and Singh Is Bling (Gandhi Jayanti).
- In 2016 too Akshay will release ‘Airlift’ during the Republic Day weekend.
- His biggest release of 2016 will be Housefull 3, the third film in the super popular ‘Housefull’ franchise.
- Namaste England, the sequel to one of Akshay’s best films Namaste London, will be directed by Vipul Amrutlal Shah.
- 8 September 2014: Akshay Kumar has announced another film with director Neeraj Pandey titled ‘Rustom’. It’ll be their third film together after ‘Special 26’ and ‘Baby’.
