Sunny Leone’s Ek Paheli Leela has collected Rs 5.3 crore on Day 1 at the domestic box office. The movie was strong at single-screens, but the multiplex business – which was once again dominated by Fast and Furious 7 – was very low.
The problem for films that do well at single-screens is that these films hardly show any growth in business on Saturday. But given the fact that Ek Paheli Leela has taken a decent start at the ticket window, the film could finish with weekend business of around 16-17 crore, which would be a good weekend for the T-series film.

Strange, i thought it wud collect more. Since, sunny leone’s movies always hv opened on higher side(except jackpot).. I yet to watch this movie. I heard there are less explict steamy scenes as compared to her RMMS2 & jism 2.. But her next kuch kuch locha hai will open to big numbers. Since it is sex comedy. Also, ram kapoor hs gud fan following. Recovery won’t be prob for Leela.( Rs. 15Cr budget).
