This week, 2 new films are scheduled to release in theatres. Yash Raj Films’ Dum Laga Ke Haisha and Nana Patekar’s Ab Tak Chappan 2.
YRF’s Dum Laga Ke Haisha starring Ayushmann Khurrana will be the biggest release at multiplexes this week, but last week’s Badlapur is still going strong at the box office, so exhibitors are likely to give the film as many or more shows as compared to the YRF film.
The first Ab Tak Chappan did well, but the sequel hasn’t been promoted well and not many are even aware that the film is releasing in theatres tomorrow. Also, quite surprisingly, the film has a runtime of just 1 hour 45 minutes!

I will not consider Badlapur a Hit if it does under 55cr …
So no Hit in 3 months of 2015 .. I haven’t watched any of these films..Thank God.. I think Early Tevar Disaster has set up the low tone..

Dum Lagaa Ke Haisha looks like a good movie but the problem it has not been promoted well . It was a wrong decision to prepone the movie . Ab Tak Chappan 2 also looks good but the trailer came out so late that nobody knows about the movie . Ab Tak Chappan is a Cult movie and has been appreciated by critics as well audiences . The first part was directed by Shimit Amin who later made Chak De India and Rocket Singh : Salesman of the year . This movie will be directed by Aejaz Gulab who was before an Action Director . I think the sequels should be made by the same director because most of the time the other director is not able to do Justice .
