Anil Kapoor’s son Harshvardhan Kapoor is all set to make his acting debut in Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s upcoming film ‘Mirzya’ – which sources say, is a film that has been made on a huge scale.
Sister Sonam Kapoor took to Twitter to reveal Harshvardhan’s look in the film.
For his debut, Harshvardhan is in the safe hands of Mehra, who has previously directed classics like Rang De Basanti and Bhaag Milkha Bhaag. The movie will also feature Saiyami Kher, who also makes her acting debut.
Even Hrithik Roshan took notice and tweeted a picture of the young actor “This much calm on the outside means there is a storm inside. #waitingtoexplode.. meet Harshvardhan Kapoor”
In response, Harshvardhan said “Don’t know what to say @iHrithik thank you for this , can’t wait for you to see more from the film Mirzya”
He does resemble his father, but has he inherited acting talent too? As far as his debut film is concerned, Harshvardhan would be mighty pleased even if he manages to create half the impact as Hrithik did in his debut film ‘Kaho Naa.. Pyaar Hai’.

how will all the poor common people get a chance? The people who work hard all day to get a small insignificant role get their dreams crushed by these guys. It is almost a certainty that the next big actor will be related to some celeb.
Bollywood is an art where everyone should get an equal chance to go… imagine how someone who is practicing the art of film making since the day he got to know that word feels when some star kid simply steals his position, the position for which he worked hard , tirelessly with sleepless nights.
I like actors, don’t get me wrong, but its sad to know that someone else deserved their position more!

Look at these people…thinking that he is a star kid, so is a bad actor…Let me tell you this, for every Nawaz like actor, there are 10,000 Tushar Kapoors waiting in line…And most of these actors haven’t even got a degree in acting…It is a good thing that star kids are getting these positions as common people don’t even know the amount of hard work gone into this…It is good that people will turn into doctors and engineers more often than into actors…Something the world needs…The addition of 1 new actor will not affect anyone

Yes it is sad, but it is true. Sons of stars does get everyting on a platter, but then it does not guarantee success.
We have plenty of star sons making it huge and then fading away in a few years. The best current example is that of Ranbir……just a year back he was the next superstar, now he himself is not sure where he is.
Further, there is huge expectation from star kids, which we have to agree. Every move of their’s is criticised and panned by the media. So, if they get it easy, they just can’t take it easy.
At the end of the day, it is the people who decide their fate, no matter wherther you are launched Salman, or srk or whoever…….the talent and most importantly the connect with the audience takes you higher over the long period.
Also, remember, for a Nawazuddin to get recognised he needed a Salman’s “KICK”…….before that he was just a good actor who was not given much importance, but after Kick he became a household name…and after Bajrangi he is on all time high…….
That’s the difference when a good artiste perform in a superstar’s movie, may it be srk, salman or aamir………So, if the star kids do benefit, the others benefit too from the star’s power….though everyone have their own path……However, hard work and destiny is something no one can bring along.

@JC Yes I would be a little biased if aryan is launched by a leading producer.But if he isn’t able to justify his role I would surely criticise him.
It’s true that mediocre actors do fade away if they aren’t talented enough but we have plenty of examples like tushar jacky who get to be part of this industry for so many years just because of their family’s backing.Not only inBollywood it prevails in every field.Some of the wooden faced south actors have hordes of fans not because of their acting talent but because they are related to xyz star
