‘Dear Zindagi’ is showing an excellent trend in its second weekend at the box office. The release of ‘Kahaani 2’ hasn’t had an impact on business, as the second Saturday business of the Gauri Shinde directed film has crossed the 3.5 crore mark.
The film will collect around 57-58 crore by the end of its second weekend and the second week business is likely to be around the 65 crore mark. The release of ‘Befikre’ will affect business in the 3rd weekend, but ‘Dear Zindagi’ should finish a couple of crores under the 70 crore mark.
The trend in the second weekend has ensured that the distributors will recover costs and the film should emerge a ‘hit’ by the end of its second week.
‘Dear Zindagi’ is a hugely profitable film for the producers.

Srk saved this one.. otherwise floped.
Srk is the only actor who is able to maintain equation between awards and boxoffice.Unlike Amitabh,Salman and Aamir ,Srk just didn’t focus only on box-office.Thats really a great achievement.No one will b able to break his record of Filmfare best actor.

@indicine how come if a movie collects 11 crs in a weekend will collect 8 crs in the weekdays.??
second week business at max would be 62-63 crs….weekdays tend to show more drops and collect almost half of weekends except a few films.
60 crore was the benchmark for it to become a hit…so it will be. don’t push the number to 65.
anyways i think the movie will collect around 67-68 crs in its lifetime run…or might reach 70.

So int 0.25 is a wrong declaration because even if you are typecasting it, you will have to declare it in the very first line with desired constant and value.
So kiddo, if you have copied it from somewhere else, next time double check your sources before posting such comment.
However, if you have written it on your own, I must say it’s a brave attempt but first work on your basics. Because if you commit mistakes in variable declaration itself, not sure how will you write a complete program.

Dear indcine trying to please master flop khan, even Piku n Pink were 70cr hits for a megaster in his 70s!!
DZ might be hit even without SRK because Distributors might purchased in few crores but less profit for producers in that cases. DZ sold for huge amount because of SRK & now all the teams involved in the movies get profits especially producers. Except or not is your choice but without SRK DZ never a kind of 70cr movie especially in such demonetization situations.
