Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan has become only the second film in the history of Indian Cinema to gross more than Rs 600 crore worldwide.
The Kabir Khan directed film is also the 3rd film to cross the 175 crore mark overseas. It has outgrossed Salman’s previous highest overseas grosser (Kick) by more than 100 crore.
Bajrangi Bhaijaan will complete its glorious run with lifetime business of around 320 – 325 crore in India, as the film is still going strong in Week 5.

Don’t compare BB with PK at overseas. PK’s collection includes countries like China, Japan and many South Asian countries , from which the film collected more than 150 crores. Whereas BB has not been released in those countries. So the comparison itself is invalid.

Salman bhai …..record in spite of horrible terrible never before blockbuster bahubali….only one holiday. ….fight from drihyam in 3 rd week plus lesser screens….pk had small fight from tevar in fourth week bcoz tevar was flop. …..
If bb would have given a free run of 4 weeks like pk, it would have surely crossed it by a long margin.Still the movie will earn more than pk if we remove China collections from pk ww gross.But I personally loved bb more than pk and wanted it to cross pk in every region. Better luck next time salman bhai. Waiting for prdp on diwali.
I always believed that if any movie had chance to cross 300cr this year it was PRDP….but BB proved me wrong…
It could have crossed PK if got one or two holidays after first weekend… Weekend collections clearly showed how much lack of holidays effected the movie plus competition from Bahabali from first day which collected more than 50cr after the release of BB in Hindi markets only and Drishyam with excellent reviews and great wom released after the second week…
Now I am expecting huge from PRDP…
