Aishwarya Rai on Aaradhya Bachchan

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, for the first time spoke about her daughter Aaradhya Bachchan to the media at the Cannes Film Festival.

On being asked how it feels to be a mother, Aishwarya was all smiles “You ask the question, and I beam. It’s splendid. Its inexplicable. The joy, the bliss is wonderful. A smile from my daughter, and that’s it. Am actually walking on air.”

When asked about her daughter, Ash said “She’s doing great. She is here with me, she’s taking a nap right now. I put her to sleep and then it’s been easy to come here.”

Earlier this week, Amitabh Bachchan finally confirmed the name of his grand-daughter as Aaradhya Bachchan.
